Summers Passed
I miss cottage life. Everything was so simple. So laid back. So happy. Every time I go back there I come back with great memories...something this summer has, for the most part, lacked to date. The cottage is being sold this summer. And I plan to take advantage of it while it's still around. This summer has been lackluster so far....change is in order. Some changes are wanted, others not at all. Some positive, some negative. I like to this positive will win out in the end...it's always come around before....

But the beauty of memories is that you can always make new ones.
Unless you're really drunk, then... not so much.
In that case, get someone to videotape it.
Just be wary- those memories can also be used as evidence.

Summer '06 was definitly not the same as summers past. Maybe it was the downfall of 607, maybe it was because people are beginning to move away or, as in my case, beginning to have more responsibilities that disable the freedom of the past. In any case we should definitly not let this slow us down. We are not the type of people that just sit around and let time past us by. There are still some good times to be had before the fluffy white stuff falls and we are stuck inside for another crappy winter. Lets take advantage. Lets get planning. The captain will be home soon and everything will take shape.

I'm sure you are reallly going to miss your cottage..it's a great spot for sure. I hope that fall brings you better memories then the summer has...and I hope you find a job that you love. That picture turned out really nice:) xo
